What to expect from this website?
We are a community driven by self-improvement and a yearning to move away from today's Internet. Modern internet culture and its associated usage (social media, pornography, online games...) gives us "too many mind", and though it's extremely popular and alluring, it comes at a heavy price: brain fog, excessive doomscrolling, academic and professional failure, sedentarity, porn addiction...
NoMind aims to be a healthy replacement for the social media we want to quit, the porn we want to stop watching and the MOBAs we want to stop playing. On NoMind, we gather to discuss the damage such modern habits cause, both scientifically and anecdotally, and to share solutions. We mourn together the internet we used to know as it inevitably turns into AI slop and we support each other in the recovery of the body and mind, and in the pursuit of knowledge around health, fitness, digital detox, addiction recovery, general good practices for a clean life, and all that with a healthy dose of shitposting.
Who is welcome on NoMind?
Literally everyone. We warmly welcome the terminally online, the expert grass touchers and anyone else in-between.
Just remember, from now on...
